That's a video of a young guy walking around in his tighty whities at Rothbury music festival. The video quality is poor and really choppy but there's some good shots.
Check out the movie, "If Beal Street Could Talk" - the main star Stephan James appears completely undressed except for his white briefs in a beautiful "pause the scene" hot scene.
Not really sure if you guys would be interested but In American horror story season 7 episode 9 there are some dudes in white thermals and underneath them are tighty whities. I think its hot just thinking about all those guys where them as like a uniform even if you dont get to seee all that well. just thought Id let it be known.
This is black briefs instead of white but I have been looking for a better quality version of this scene for years and had all but given up hope. The scene starts in Parte 5 at the very beginning and lasts till about 4:10.
From what I can gather the dude has become a cab driver to earn extra money and he needs the job. He picks up a sweet old lady who has him drive out to the middle of nowhere. She then pulls out a gun and forces him to strip to his briefs. She keeps his clothes but lets him keep the taxi. Unfortunately for the guy he has to pick up a fare and doesn't have time to go home. The fare is a woman who obviously enjoys the fact that he is in just his briefs. He then makes his way home and we see him in his briefs for a little bit longer. -V
