In "The Plot Against Harry" (1971) the title character in the opening scene and opening credits is getting released from prison and is being processed and at around 2 mins. into the movie he and other prisoners are getting dressed into their civilian clothes and one of them in the background is wearing old-fashioned, high-waisted tighty whities.
