The guy, thinking he has magic powers, tries to pick a fight in a biker bar. For his trouble he is stripped to his underwear and placed in the dumpster.

Michael Burns - That Cold Day in the Park - 1969 - updated with some pics that (barely) make it NSFW
Different type of movie for sure. Kind of a bummer the scene stays with a "soft focus" of the young man changing clothes and focuses on the woman's reaction instead. BTW, does anyone else recognize Burns as "blue boy" in the (unintentionally) hilarious dragnet episode about LSD? IMDB description: Robert Altman's sadly neglected film that, along with his later "Images", fits into the unconventional psycho-thriller mold. A bizarre story with Sandy Dennis as a spinster who takes in a handsome young man (Michael Burns) who is pretending to be mute. She imprisons the boy and supplies his every need, including a prostitute (Luana Anders), whom she goes out and brings home for Burns' pleasure.
