Thinking of stopping the site

For a variety of reasons I am considering shutting down the site. If I decide to do this I was wondering if anyone would want to take it over. Or if they wanted to start their own I would leave this site up for quite a while with a link to the new site. This is far from a done decision on my part, I just want to see what options their are if I decide to shut down. I hate when webmasters just stop posting on their site and I never know if they are coming back so I am trying to avoid that.

    Certainly hope you don't go, but if you do can you give enough notice that we could copy the pics? This is one of the best sites like this out there - hate to lose it and the pics.

      For sure .... If I do, I will let everyone know and leave the site up for a few month minimum ... no need to panic and start downloading :-)

    Sorry to hear that you might have to shut down the site. It is so amazing and well done. But I imagine it takes a great deal of work to keep it going. Sorry that I don't have the skills to be able to help out to keep it going. Perhaps you could keep the site running but post a lot less frequently. That might help relieve some of the burden of maintaining the site. Whatever you decide, thanks for all the hard work you've put into it.

    NOOOOOOOO!!!! Please don't go! I've only been visiting this site for about a month, but it is probably the best underwear site out there. I, for one, can only imagine how much work this must be, so please don't ever feel pressure to post if you are too busy. PLEASE consider staying if you can. We love you and this site! You are awesome!

    I'd love ot help, but have zero skills that this requires...

    Good afternoon friend Adam, I really feel very shocked by the news that just gave, I guess not to be easy to keep the site running in good condition, however I think I speak on behalf of all people who visited this place and the truth would be a severe blow you to close the web site, I'd love to volunteer to help if you like, secure in what I can to not delete it, maybe other members could support and maintain this page so that all of us well, we could create a good bond friend, you think?     I don't really want to stop the site so if people don't care that there may be lapses at times then I will likely try to keep it going. If I can't then I would love for people to help maintain it.

    I hope you don't stop for good. I'd rather have infrequent posts than none at all. I can't think of another site on the Internet that collects just white briefs pictures from movies and TV shows. But do what's best for you and not a bunch of horny guys on the Net. :)

    I hope you will find the time to maintain this website, even with lapses if there need to be. Of course I respect your mind, if you consider it's not possible to go on with that. Or i hope someone else will be able to dot it. But let me just thank you another time for all this great job !

    For me, this is the BEST site on the entire world wide web. I'd be so sorry to see it go. Infrequent updates would be better than no site at all. What a great collection you've built already. You rock, Adam! -- Thomas

    Noooo! I just discovered this site not too long ago and it was an instant fave. I do hope you will find some way of keeping it going, whether with occasional posts by yourself or by handing it over to another blogger. Whatever your final decision, thank you from the bottom of my heart (and my pants) for several wonderful posts of the best type of underwear out there: tighty-whiteys!

    Just another fan chiming in to say how much I love the site and would hate to see it go. I totally understand that this must be a time-consuming and sometimes seemingly thankless venture, but know that your hard work does not go unappreciated by so many of us.

      Appreciate everyone's kind words. Just want to be clear I'm not threatening to shut down the site due to feeling unappreciated or anything. It's some personal stuff that I don't necessarily want to share on a blog about celebs in tighty whities :-). However, if people are ok with a more haphazard posting schedule (some days may be more than one post but might be some days with none) then I'll just keep at it for the moment.

    Pleeeeaaasssee don't get rid of it, I'm sure there is a way we can keep it going. I can't imagine having this amazing collection just disappear, it would be so hard to find even a quarter of all the content. Hope we can get it all worked out! :)

    Even if you didn't wanna update it anymore, it's hosted by blogspot, so no real reason to 'shut it down'. You can stop posting and still leave all the existing content up. Regardless, it's a blog you do for fun and enjoyment. So you don't have to feel the need to make it a job where you 'have' to update at specific days and times. Update when you feel up to it, relax and don't worry about it when you don't.

    Regardless, I really do appreciate the work you do here. I've always wanted a site like this for many years that focused on celebrities in white briefs. There's a few things here and there, but, none that are as extensive as this one. So, it'd be a shame to lose it. Just focus on what you need to in your own life and update whenever you have the time and feel up to it. If there's a hiatus from time to time or infrequent postings, I doubt anyone would give you flak about it so long as it was still accessible.

    In short, don't sweat it. Just relax and post when you can :)

      actually, it would "shut down" if I ignore it cause there is a (small) monthly cost I pay due to the amount of content. You hit the nail on the head with the rest of your comment though. When I started the blog it was "fun" for me. Then I got to the point where it felt like something I "had" to do or I felt guilty. Basically, it stopped being fun and felt like a commitment. On top of that I moved into a farily problematic period in my life and, stupid as it sounds, the blog felt like additional stress. I have taken your advice and will post when I am in the mood and not worry about it if their are a few days in a row when I don't. Appreciate your post.
