Through all this list, my favorite is Thunder II : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01BqCcQhmiA This tall and hot Italian actor, main character of the movie, in his white briefs showered outside the jail. Source is poor, but I never heard about it. So thank you very much. Crossing the line is rather frustrating : Rick Hearst (in his tighties in Brain Damage) appears in white pants and later shirtless. But no glimps on his undies (probably bikini briefs). His friend, is seen very shortly in his blue bikini in a locker-room scene.

I managed to see most of Deception on streaming. First of all, Ewan McGregor play a "not so attractive" with poor haircut, glasses, suit... His white briefs an T-shirt are supposed to match with that kind of being. The scene I saw, with him in his briefs is not bad, but we don't see much. First, he is lying on the bed with a girl, then he goes through the corridor in his briefs an Tshirt and pick up ice cubes. It is supposed to be funny, because he has to wait in his briefs, while an old woman pick up his own ice cubes. But nobody else catch him in his underwear. Then he doesn't manage to come in back, at his first attempt. But after a while the door opens. Then something else happens. If there is another scene, i missed it.
