If this is the movie I'm thinking of (it has a giant green frog monster) then it's actually from 1991 and I do believe there's at least one more scene with another guy in white briefs.
Also, check out the pilot episode from the Tru TV show "Those Who Can't." It has three students paintballing a teacher's house at night. He runs outside in a white shirt, white briefs, and white socks, and the students shoot him with paintballs, video it, and post it online. The guy is good looking even if he does have way too many tattoos in my opinion. -V
