There's a good tighty whities scene on Homicide Hunter, Season 5, episode 1, "Bad Blood". The cops search a cowboy's apartment. When they get there they wake him up and he's in his briefs. They make him stand there with his hands on his head while they search. Pretty good views. Scene is at 34:52.
