There is a movie from 1971 that Jack Nicholson directed but did not star in called "Drive, He Said" where the actor William Tepper who plays a college basketball jock is shown chasing after someone, wearing white briefs and a t-shirt at about 50-51 minutes into it. There is also a scene at about the 44 minute mark where a character is at a physical and trying to show he's too insane for the draft that has some extras in their tighty whities in the background. If you want some full-on male nudity there is a scene at 12 minutes in where the college basketball team hits the open locker room showers. No one is ever shown wearing a jockstrap though :,(
