They force him to get out of the car at the same time that a news team is there. They film him and he later sees it on the news. I think this is one of my new favorite videos.

He then spends several minutes naked before putting his clothes back on. Around 2:50 he has put his pants back on but not buttoned them so we get another look at his briefs.
