Good embarrassment scene with TW in "The Turkey Bowl". 1 hr, 11 min in and also at 1 hr, 20 min in. Ryan Hansen's character keeps taking his pants on his room and getting caught wearing tighty whities. Might be brieflines throughout the movie too since characters wear white football pants but I didn't watch a great copy of it.
Actor's name is Paul Wesley. By the way, those caps have been posted here already. But worthes it.
