Paul Bettany appears in white briefs twice in the movie Uncle Frank, on Amazon Prime. (once at 25:47, and another at 40:50) In the first scene, his partner (played by Peter Macdissi) also appears in briefs, though not white. It's also a fairly heartwarming movie overall, worth a watch
James Marsden's character finds him in the car and makes the observation he was crucified before taking him to the hospital. I didn't watch the full episode just the scene.
