At 33 minutes into the film there is a cell search and stip search and one of the inmates as he strips down is wearing tighty whities. The movie is noteable for having a score by Curtis Mayfield who also appears in it as well as an actor.
Also this movie title contains a racial slur so I apologize in advance for writing it but in the Cold War spy movie satire "The Spook Who Sat by the Door" (1973) during the opening credits which actually start 3 minutes into the film a group of African-American men who have been selected to be become trained by the intelligence agencies are weighed and measured and go through a physical are stripped down in all different kinds of underwear but mostly in old-school white briefs as its the early 70s.
