We see pretty less, but in the movie Heart and Souls (1993) the same Robert Downey Jr appears in white underwear under a hospital gown. Between 43'30 and 45'20. He is particularly cute at this age, 28, and the back opening of the gown shows very nice buttocks under the white fabric of the briefs.
In "Taking Woodstock" (2009) Emile Hirsch a Vietnam War veteran suffering from complex PTSD decides to jump on a stage with a troupe of naked hippie performers. When he pulls his pants and underwear down he's wearing white briefs. It starts at an hour and 8 mins. into the film. Also at about 47 mins. a bunch of background characters are seen stripping down to their tighty whities to go jump into a pool.
