This is Todd Verow's adaptation of one of Dennis Cooper's transgressive novels, this one is simply titled "Frisk" from 1995. It deals with gay teenagers, gay escorts, gay serial killers, sexual sadism, etc. Several characters are shown wearing white briefs in various scenes that start at 7:10 mins, 8:25 mins, 9:58 mins, 22 mins and just a waistband sighting at 26:50 mins.
If you want to screenshot this, I'd suggest doing to quickly as I can't imagine this time being posted on YouTube for much longer lol before someone flags it.
