This is a 1990 teen comedy directed by David DeCoteau. The scene starts about 18:40 in. Unfortunately the only version I can find is dubbed. A guy strips down to his tighty whities with his best friend in the room. His dad walks in and isn't happy about his son being practically naked in a room alone with another guy. I guess the running joke is that the dad keeps catching his son and best friend in innocent yet gay-looking scenarios. The guy is cute and they are a really nice tight pair of briefs. -V
By the way, "En calzoncillos" only means "in his briefs" in spanish. The telenovela's title is "Cara Bonita" aired in 1994 in Venezuela?
