If you are referring to these pictures, I would say mid-rise but they are close enough to a low-rise. Traditional "full rise" generally stops right before your navel(waist). Low-rise is supposed to stop at your hips and often resembles a bikini. Mid-rise is obviously in the middle. Hope that helps!
Wow! I found a good sighting yesterday. The janitor in A.P. Bio was wearing briefs in a scene: Season 4, Episode 1. Very funny episode. I recommend watching the whole thing.
