Brendan Hughes - "Return to Horror High"

These are the most frustrating scenes .... the guy is obviously in tighty whities but the camera stays at an angle that all you get is the band. Posting it with another horror movie (below) that, at least, shows a bit more.

    The actor's name is Brendan Hughes. He also played a werewolf in Howling VI: The Freaks.
