Personally, I far prefer the scenes from Mindy where he was in white briefs but I know some people here like colored too. Have to say, "The Mindy Project" is pretty generous with guys in briefs.
I really like the colored briefs. Thought I'd put this list here, of movies that I know have scenes featuring colored briefs, but I don't believe are featured on this site: THE NEW KIDS (1985), THE MAN WITH ONE RED SHOE (1985), JOEY (1986), VAMP (1986), THE LAMP (aka THE OUTING) (1987), DERANGED (1987), VALET GIRLS (1987), VENUS FLYTRAP (1987), HUNK (1987), SCREWBALL HOTEL (1987), REVENGE OF THE NERDS 2: NERDS IN PARADISE (1987), BLOOD DINER (1987), PRIMAL RAGE (1988), BABYCAKES (1989), MIRAGE (1990), BASKET CASE 3: THE PROGENY (1991), BLONDE HEAVEN (1995), DOWNHILL WILLIE (aka SKI HARD) (1994), IDIOT BOX (1996), THE BOYS (1998)
And ones that are almost all on this site already, but I particularly like them, because they were horror movies, and I remember seeing them back in the 80s and wanting to wear the same underwear as some of the guys in the film. Films like: FROM BEYOND (1986), HIDE AND GO SHRIEK (1987), FROM BEYOND (1986), THE LAMP (AKA) THE OUTING (1987) and NECROMANCER (1988). All guys in bikini briefs. Oh, and can't forget THE TERMINATOR (1984), but that one is widely known. And two 80s comedy with such scenes stuck with me from that time were SCREWBALLS (on this site) and SCREWBALL HOTEL (1987, and not, I believe on this site),
