There's another brief scene, both in terms of underwear style and length, about 30-40 minutes in just after he washes his pills down the drain. It's almost nothing, but as he gets out of bed the morning after you can catch a quick glimpse of his tighty whities. Nowhere near as long as this scene, but it caught my attention early on.
I got lucky on this as all I could think during the promos was his character must wear briefs based on the costuming. No idea why, perhaps it was wish fulfillment :)
