James Russo seems to be in tighty whities in a lot of movies, there's also "Dangerous Game" (1993) where he stars opposite Madonna. It's all very meta, in it he plays an actor and so does she, they have a scene together where he throws her to the ground and gets on top of her to sexually assault her. When the scene is over you can see him pulling up his white briefs. It happens around 59 mins. into the film. It's currently streaming for free on Tubi.
