This is a movie called Hog Wild. Starting 3 minutes in two cadets at a military school are shown getting out of bed in undershirts and white briefs. One of them is Michael Biehn. Later, at around 49:10 the main characters are at the beach playing a strip game. The cute nerdy guy is in white briefs. Their fun is interrupted by the motorcycle gang. They take the girls away and handcuff the four guys together. At 53:31 we see the four guys still handcuffed together. Michael is in baggy boxers but the nerdy guy is still in his white briefs. The other two are dressed. Overall some good sightings, IMO.

In the movie Bachelor Party Vegas actor Aaron Himelstein (the tech guy from Captain America: Winter Soldier who refused to launch the evil helicarriers) is in white briefs early on the in the film. The group are playing paintball and Aaron and Donald Faison encounter two hot female players who make them strip and then shoot them a ton.

Youtube vid that looks like it is from the 90s. A guy loses a bet and has to go outside in his white briefs and do push ups on the sidewalk at a busy intersection.

A guy lost a game of dominoes and has to strip to his tighty whities and crawl down an extremely busy street at night. If google translate can be trusted the guy who lost is the one who came up with the punishment. I guess he is regretting it.

This is an underwear commercial for J. Press. A group of four commandos sneak onto a military base and are caught. The female commander orders them stripped and then gets all hot and bothered when she sees that all four men are wearing J. Press briefs. No white briefs, but they are wearing grey, yellow, red, and blue. -V
