Great find. There are actually 2 more briefs scenes in the move. About 21 minutes in the cops respond to a call and find a young man high on something freaking out in just his white briefs. Good scene with some nice shots of the guy in his briefs.
Then about 35 minutes in Alfonso's character strips to tighty whities and jumps out of the police car because he inhaled a bunch of drugs earlier when fighting a criminal and is extremely high. -V

The character is a Mexican policeman. At 35'20, he is drugged without his knowledge and undresses in the car with his colleague before fleeing into the street in just his tighty whites and causing a scandal by dancing. This is a rather long scene. When he returned to the police station, his colleagues all saw the scene and pasted a picture of the situation on his computer screen. Earlier in the film, it's a suspect who is arrested wearing only a classic briefs (More gray than white). He struggles and the scene lasts for some time (from 20'35).
As a Mexican myself I can't believe I had not heard of this movie before so funny and great TWs sightings! TWs/briefs are still very common in mexico so not surprised by this LOL
As a non Mexican let me congratulate you for this movie, those sexy cops, their dark uniform and white briefs underneath. I hope it's the same thing in real life.

So funny and sexy! I love the way his colleague tries to hold him back by the rubber band of his briefs when he tries to get out of the moving car.
