It's like super quick within the first 5 minutes he is in a bathroom stall and they put like a bandage/wrap around his leg but basically his face/upper body is out of frame. There is not much to be seen and it's more so his backside (no front) and legs in frame.. Granted maybe I missed something but it wasn't that hot but still I appreciate recommendations so thank you!
In the 1951 French film "Edouard et Caroline" the actor Daniel Gelin is shown in these white briefs that look more like a loincloth at about eleven minutes in for an extended scene and then again at 36 minutes in.
