Not sure if your familiar with, but there is a movie from 2010 called "Desert Son" (currently on NETFLIX insta-view)with an actor named John Bain who according to IMDB was 25 at the time of filming.... although looks 16 with a good tighty whitie sequence you might wanna check out
If memory serves Bull Durham has an awkward moment in the locker room where Kevin Costner readjusts a garter belt on Tim Robbins (Who is in tighty whities). Just before he's in nothing but a jock strap on the pitching mound during a dream sequence.
