The director of this film, Nadav Lapid, made another movie that came out last year called "Synonyms." Four minutes in you see the lead character played by newcomer Tom Mercier strip down to his white briefs before appearing naked. At 1. hr 22 mins. Mercier strips down again to his skivvies and then is shown nude once more. The scene takes place at a photo-shoot that goes totally awry. The first scene he's wearing more old school tighties, the second he's in more of a bikini. Mercier is gorgeous and a real find. :)
