Athena Underwear ad

This commercial (and a few others) was pointed out to me by a reader quite a while ago but I never got around to capping them. Horrible quality but good content. Basically, the women in the commercial have a pair of glasses that let them see through clothes (or do they make them disappear?). Although t be fair the guys are ogling her first. Embarrassment ensues.

    Given that the men clearly can now see they are exposed, I assume the glasses somehow removed the clothing.

      Yeah, I think the first commercial (not posted yet) they can only see through the clothes, but agree that in this one the clothes are pretty clearly gone. I would buy these over google glass anyway.

      Can't say if clothes disappear or not. In 1990 "glasses which undress men" were pretty famous, after years and years of Athena Commercials. So you can imagine guys recognizing the glasses and just beeing aware they are exposed in their skivvies.

    I remember that i loved and hated those commercials : several clips, year after year, with the same story about "glasses which undressed men" and humuliated tighty whities' guy. I loved it, because it wasn't so habitual as today to see men in their underclothes in french media and specifically young men wearing white classical briefs. Also i loved embarrassment.
    But i hated those commercials, because of their impact in french teen's drawer. I was one of them. Every of us thought white briefs are ugly and ridiculous ! Colored briefs, later plain boxers, were the mainstream underwear, instead of white briefs, like it stil was in Germany, Italy, Spain or United States. Still now, most of french straight guys prefer colored briefs or boxer briefs. White is only for the old one or for the gays.
