Honestly it is an awful movie ... set 2 is more of this guy. There are a few scenes of him; this one, one where he is dead (the joke being he is still in underwear with an erection), and during the closing credits he is doing some kung fu type stuff in undies. Good scenes, just hard to recommend the movie ... if you get it, buy it cheap.
