A bank robber in Oklahoma made his hostages strip to their underwear. At 19:06 there's a part where the man made one of the hostages walk outside and give a walkie talkie to the cops so he could talk to them. The man is wearing socks, briefs, a t-shirt and hat. I figure the guy was probably an Oklahoma rancher or cowboy and got caught up in the robbery doing doing his errands for the day.
