Reader suggestion. Joke is that this doctor has his patients strip down to underwear no matter what the diagnosis is. In show, Mike asks if he can put his pants back on and is rebuffed by doc.

I had to strip for the doctor recently, too. Went to the dermatologist for a check-up. Nurse took me into exam room, asked a few questions, then said: "Get undressed so the doctor can do a full skin exam," and she handed me a folded-up hospital gown, then she left the room. I completely stripped down to my undies, and was standing there un-folding the gown when the doctor walked in and introduced himself, extending his arm to shake my hand. I introduced myself and said: "Nothing like meeting someone for the first time in your underwear!", kind of laughing embarrassingly. He just smiled and said, "Hey, no problem!" Since he seemed pretty cool, I held up the gown in my hands and said, "Do you really need me to put this on?" (I figured I'd just end up removing it anyway). He said, "No, it's totally just for your comfort." I figured that if he didn't care, I wouldn't care. So, I tossed the gown over onto the counter, leaving me to stand there right in front of this guy, wearing nothing but my underwear. I glanced down at my Hanes Classics briefs, then back up at him and said: "Guess this wasn't a good day to wear tighty-whities, though?!" He just smiled and said, "Hey, wear whatever makes you comfortable!" He had me sit on the table, and occassionally stand, as he examined all of the skin on my face, neck, chest, back, arms & legs -- and we causually chatted the whole time, all while I was just in my underwear.
