Student is supposed to be getting award in school and is instead humiliated by peers who shove him on stage in his underwear. They say in the episode that he was nicknamed "Fruit of the Loom" from then on. Thanks to reader below who suggested scene. Thanks to V for pointing out a better source ... just did a quick recap and added some additional pics.
I like how his nickname became Fruit of the Loom even though he was wearing Jockey briefs. This is a pretty good scene. Glad that a reader pointed it out.

Ditto .... these are the kind of scenes I love but I need pointed out to me because I don't watch a lot of current TV shows.
DeleteHey adam could you post a clip?
ReplyDeleteSure, busy at the moment but will post on site later today
ReplyDeleteYou're the best dude
ReplyDeleteSeth is a sexy! "As The Bell Tolls" did not do him justice!

Hey, is it possible for you you repost these without the subtitles all over them? That would be great, thanks!
ReplyDelete4 pictures have subtitles and they don't cover anything. Let's let Adam keep posting new stuff, not complain about what he's posted. :-)
ReplyDeleteThis comment looks like a Joke ! Adam i not a slave and what's the matter with the subtitle ? They don't cover anything interesting.
ReplyDeletethis is the same kind of underwear Drake Bell wears in The Drake Show. He wears jockey white briefs in the show. Every day
ReplyDeleteIs this Drake Bell trying to promote your show? :-)
DeleteYeah, if you must post similar comments everywhere, it's just common courtesy to post many many photos as well.

DeleteYes this Drake Bell I'm promoting to my show. He wears Jockey Briefs.
I am so confused
DeletePoor Kirby, he was exposed in nothing but his tighty whities!
ReplyDeleteSocks too...
Tighty whities are hot though.
DeleteCan't agree more I wear them too! Now this was during my prom. I was in the boys locker room getting out of my prom suit into casual clothes for after prom activities. Now I wasn't really thinking clear and forget about the type of underwear that I love to wear for a few seconds. I was shirtless and just in my tighty whities after I slipped out of my suit. I was a little embarrassed at first so I apologized to everyone in the locker room with a small smile. Luckily they were very cool about it so I walked around the locker room like that to be a little stupid.
DeleteLove this clip! Poor Kirby probably spent so much time gettinf himself ready and looking good for the assembly, not realizing what a fateful decision he was making when he reached into his underwear drawer and pulled out his Jockey briefs to wear for the day. I wonder if he's normally a briefs guy, or if he just didn't have any clean boxers. I wonder if the guys in the masks who stripped in knew that he would be wearing briefs somehow (like maybe they saw him wearing them earlier in the locker room) or if it was a surprise for them too.
ReplyDeleteIf you pause the video at just the right moment, you can see that when one of the guys in the masks raises his arms (the one in the blue shirt) he's clearly wearing black underwear, which must be black boxer briefs. I always love when you can see the "pantser"'s underwear too to see how that person's underwear choice compares to the one they're pantsing. Since he's clearly not a briefs guy like Kirby, I wonder if he pulled this prank to make fun of Kirby's "tighty whities."
I want someone to interview Seth Ginsberg to see what it was like to film this scene, since he's clearly in the briefs in front of a crowd of people. Was the crowd nice to him or were some of them really mocking him? Was he really embarrassed to have to do this? Did he keep the briefs on during breaks or would he anxious to slip into a pair of boxer briefs or boxers?
ReplyDeleteThis was Seth Ginsberg's first acting role, according to IMDB. Can you imagine the conversation with his agent? "The good news is, you're gonna be on TV. All your friends and your mom will see you! The bad news... well, you might not like the wardrobe."
DeleteFor those curious this is on HBO Max, S7E10, about 22 minutes in.
